Update Garmin Forerunner 405 Firmware

sometimes, our forerunner get some trouble such as display freeze and some trouble in firmware.
but don't worry because Garmin provide us update for our forerunner.
I only try to update the firmware on my forerunner 405.

this is very easy, just one click and my forerunner updated..!!
but your forerunner must pair with computer already.
this is the way to update the firmware:

1. go to this update site.
    and for Forerunner 405, click Forerunner 405 firmware update
2. click "update software" button
    and start updating.
    it's very easy.

you have to wait for minutes until update finish

note: before you decide to update your device, it is better if you check difference between version of the firmware.

    Hi,

    despite the fact that this watch was a great commercial hit, and still being used by a lot of people from the sport community, there is no more support regarding this watch. I purchased one through Ebay and this watch is stuck into time with version 2.30 whereas the version 2.80 would be a great version to use. I sent a message on the forum about that and this has been answered improperly and closed. So if anyone considers updating the firmware version of their watch, please sent them a post on the forum https://forums.garmin.com/forum.php.
    Other than that, the website explaining the update process and version differences is great, added to bookmark straight!
